NEWCOM group is a holding company comprised of various separate divisions including a construction company, property management company, asset management company and a project development division. Each of these divisions has independent goals and management teams.

While corporate and commercial property development has reached the peak of their development, there is still room for evolution in other areas of real estate. These areas are logistics, production and entertainment and residential properties. There are now new possibilities that allow people in this business to work without leaving their home. Increasingly employers in various industries are open to hiring architects, programmers, accountants, and other workers who prefer to work from home. People can now easily stock their households with all necessary groceries with a simple phone call or internet order and goods will be delivered to your doorstep within minutes.

 

We are in a new era in property markets where logistics, production, and entertainment and residential properties have the highest perspective for developing new possibilities within our company. During the crisis of 2008 we strengthened our position in the residential market. We acquired new properties to develop for residential housing in prime locations while at the same time liquidity insufficiency in the market helped us to reduce prices for our targeted properties.

 

Long term financial performance

Liquidity was the formula for our survival during crisis. We have constantly kept our liquidity at a high rate. Current financial statements shows that we have an insignificant amount of bank liabilities. Our main projects are collateral-free, a fact that significantly helps to reduce costs and bureaucracy what usually accompany with doing business with banks. We do however believe that by carefully dealing with banks we can increase our profitability.

We are small and efficient team. We are a group of people highly educated and with a vast experience. Our team has worked together for about 12 years. The team spirit helped us to survive the crisis and become even stronger and more efficient. We constantly upgrade our knowledge with training and by attending seminars organized by different organization.
