Viktors Savins is the majority shareholder of NEWCOM group in Latvia and Chairman of the Board of SIA Newcom Development. NEWCOM was established in August 2012 after reorganization of SIA Arco Development – one of Arco Vara AS group companies. As a result of reorganization, major assets of Arco Development were transferred to the acquiring company – the newly established SIA Newcom Development. From 2004 to 2012 Viktors Savins was a partner in Arco Development and held the position of Chairman of the Board. From 1998 to 2004 he was the Chairman of the Board of SIA Arco Real Estate –real estate brokerage, valuation and property advisory unit in Latvia. From 2004 he held the position of Chairman of the Supervisory Council in SIA Arco Real Estate. Viktors Savins obtained a bachelor’s degree in business administration. His mentor for management and team leadership as well as for personal effectiveness and human psychology was Peep Vain, one of the leading personal efficieny trainers in Europe. |

Renāta Kaupasa has been with our team since March 2010. From 2005-2009 she worked as management assistant and specialized in customer service in real estate business. She has also worked for SIA Realia from 2004 to 2005 as real estate consultant in corporate customers department. Ms Kaupasa graduated from the University of Latvia where she acquired a degree in teaching German language to high school students. |

ULDIS SPROGA / PROJECT DIRECTOR
Uldis Sproga has been with our team since 2006. Before joining Arco Development he worked as a Logistics manager for the customs warehouse in 2005 and as customs officer from 2003 to 2005. Mr Sproga has graduated from the University of Latvia, Faculty of Economics and obtained master degree in business management. |

AGITA RISSO / CFO
Agita Risso has been with our team since 2003. Before joining the group she worked as a financial analyst for NordLB bank (currently DnB) from 2002-2003 and from 1996-2002 as an investment executive for the Baltic American Enterprise Fund, a US government funded programme for financing of small and medium size enterprises in Latvia. Ms Risso earned a graduate certificate in business administration from Swinburne University (Melbourne, Australia) in 1993 and a degree in economics from Riga Technical University in 1982. Her additional education includes a risk capital management course with EVCA; Investing in Equities, a training session for the Baltic American Enterprise Fund; and Strategic Planning organized by the Riga Business school. |

Lolita Lazdāne has been with our team since 2004. From 2002-2004 she was the chief accountant for the Riga Travel Agency and from 2000 to 2002 she worked for Arco Real Estate Latvia also as the chief accountant. Ms Lazdāne has graduated from the University of Latvia with a degree in Economics, specializing in accounting, analysis and auditing. She has been member of the Latvian Association of Accountants. |

Mārtiņš Bubens is both the Commercial Director and Chairman of the Management Board of SIA NEWCOM Construction as well as a shareholder of the Company. He graduated from the Agriculture University of Latvia with degree in construction engineering and has obtained a Building Trade Certificate from the Latvian Union of Civil Engineers. |

Aivars Kacars is a member of the Management Board of SIA NEWCOM Construction and is also a shareholder of the Company. He graduated from the Agriculture University of Latvia and obtained the degree of Engineer – constructor. He also obtained a Building Trade Certificate from the Latvian Union of Civil Engineers and certificate as a specialist in labour protection and fire safety. |

Jānis Čodars is a member of the Management Board of SIA NEWCOM Construction and is also a shareholder of the Company. His responsibilities incorporate project management and detailed analysis of construction costs for projects. |
